What age is each EKIDS model recommended for?
EKIDS16 is our balance-style bike, recommended for riders ages 5 and up. EKIDS20 and EKIDS24 are recommended for riders ages 8 and up. Match by height as well as age using the compare table above.
Is it hard to put together?
No — assembly is quick. Your EKIDS arrives mostly built; you'll fit the front wheel, handlebar and a few finishing parts, charge it, and ride. Most families are done in 20–30 minutes with the tools in the box.
How fast will it ship?
Free shipping to the lower 48, dispatched within 24 business hours. Most orders arrive within a few business days.
Can I get parts and service in the US?
Yes. Parts and service are stocked and supported in the US through Eunorau, so you're not waiting weeks on overseas shipping if you ever need a spare or a hand.
