Does the folding frame feel sturdy, or will it rattle and flex while riding?
The hinge-folding mechanism is designed and tested for locking strength and ride stability, so once folded out and locked, the frame stays rigid during normal riding — no wobble or looseness. Just make sure the folding latches are fully clicked into place before each ride to avoid any rattling from an unlocked hinge.
How do I adjust the handlebar height, and is it good for a household with different height riders?
The stem is a telescoping design with a quick-release clamp — loosen the clamp, slide the stem to your preferred height, and re-lock it, no tools required. That also means multiple riders of different heights in the same household can each dial in their own comfortable position.

The standard configuration ships with one 48V 15Ah battery; the second battery is an optional add-on. Will the fat tires feel harder to pedal, and what terrain are they good for?
20"×3.0" fat tires do have slightly more rolling resistance than narrow road tires, but with pedal assist, you won't notice much extra effort day to day.
